Organizational Leadership, PhD

Theodore Sholz

Ted received a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Philosophy from The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, a Master's degree in Literature from DePaul University in Chicago and a PhD in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is also a graduate of the Teaching Institute Fellowship Program at Robert Morris University. His areas of interest include faculty development and pedagogy, organizational commitment, and organizational leadership. 

 

He currently holds the position of Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where he works primarily in the areas of employee development and change management.   Holding a certification as a trained PDT moderator, Ted joined The Liautaud Institute to provide PDT training for interested clients who wish to improve their EI and strengthen their commitment to their organization and their co-workers.
