Institute Research: The Liautaud Institute conducts group research academically termed as 'useinspired', a field that induces the risk of arranging data to evidence a predetermined use. Our applications are specific, not general, with outcomes evidenced by reducing costs or adding income to most enterprises dependent on the performance of their employees.

Ostrom and the Institute: A document written to show the similarities and adaptations of OSTROM's 8 principles.. Ostrom’s revolutionary Nobel Prize came from twenty years of researching third-world 'communities' that outperformed their neighboring communities by a factor of two or more, given the identical resources.

The Study of Group Behavior: Written by Dr. Alvin Zander depcting the growth and science between team and group behavior.

Liautaud Institute White Paper: 6 Reasons Why Leadership Training Fails: Written by Natalie King and Cynthia Kivland aimed at understanding why so many training exercises fail at their overall goal and how to fix them.

Chicago Principals PdEI study: Published in October 2008, the study details how PdEI positively effected retention rates of Chicago Principals. The course received a 100% recommendation from each principle for use with other principals.

Research on Emotion in Organizations Volume 12:  Written by Cynthia Kivland and JIm Liautaud, this chapter is to be released by Emerald publishing, July 2016 detailing the original ESC study and its positive effect on participants.
