Susan Mungovan is a seasoned middle management professional with twenty years of experience with well-known retailers. She has recently transitioned into moderating for the Liautaud Institute as she completes her doctoral degree with The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her area of concentration is emotional and social intelligence and how successful leaders engage with their teams utilizing these skills. In addition to being a doctoral candidate she has earned a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Business and a MA from Lewis University.
