Robert has earned a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University (also known as The Illinois School of Professional Psychology), is an MBA graduate from DePaul University, he is a Certified, Licensed NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming) Master Practitioner, a Certified Empowerment Coach, a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach of iPEC (Institute for Professional Exellence in Coaching), and obtained a second certification in Emotional Intelligence from the Jim Liautaud Graduate School of Business at the University of Illinois Chicago.

 

Consults, teaches and coaches in the fields of Leadership, Organizational, Career and Business Development from the perspective of Personal Mastery and Emotional Intelligence. Robert teaches at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Adler University, Argosy University and DePaul University.

 

Robert assists his clients (individuals and organizations) in developing a practical plan aimed at changing the present "way of doing things" by exploring new avenues toward transformation bringing first hand experience in successfully dealing with, (at times stressful), transitions, conflicts and changes.

 

Comfortable with any organizational level, he seeks to make a difference in clients and student’s lives by sharing expertise and experiences from a diverse, international career in academic and business settings. Robert applies creative and innovative approaches to coach and inspire people to live rich and fulfilling lives by exploring new avenues toward transformation. He works to motivate and inspire his clients in discovering and manifesting the powerful and centered "Human Being" living within; a "Being" who embraces change, lives passionately and realizes full human potential.
