Permanent Corrective Action (PCA):

1. At the start of each meeting, Moderator reviews the Meeting Protocol.

2. If a member states they have to leave early, Moderator asks the member to leave before the meeting begins.

3. Member then recommits to the group that they will not leave early for any future meetings.

4. Member shares their remedy on how they will prevent leaving early from future meetings.

5. Member asks the group if they accept their plan and will the group accept them back into group.

6. Two strikes rule. First Violation is a warning; second violation member is removed from the group.
