Veteran Executive Assistant and Office Manager

Jackie Lopez

Jackie Lopez was the Executive Assistant to Jim P. Liautaud of the Liautaud Institute.As the lead administrative professional at LI,  Jackie provided executive-level assistance to the Chairman of the Board, managed the headquarter office, and assisted in the facilitation and execution of administrative responsibilities throughout Jim Liautaud’s personal and business affairs. As the executive assistant to the Chairman, she was responsible for calendar maintenance, preparation of correspondence and technical presentations, coordination of travel arrangements (and resulting expense statements), facilitation of meeting arrangements, processing of visit requests, and monitoring of all action and signature items. Jackie’s tenure of 16 years at an Executive Assistant to high level executives throughout her career has contributed to her extensive knowledge of business and operational procedures and guidance, she is most adept at maneuvering and executing toward mission accomplishment within numerous internal business systems (SAP standard operating system, PAS visit system, TravX travel system, PALS timekeeping system, ACTS commitment system, AVID supply system, and PRISM property system). Jackie’s previous positions at AKE Safety Equipment and Doot Russell find her having spent six years in sales and marketing and having run several offices as a Regional Director of Sales for the Midwest region. Jackie is proficient in Microsoft Office Software Packages (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); she attended Wright Community College where her focus was in social science.
