Elana has a Masters in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.  She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership focusing on how the emotional intelligence of managers correlates with the job satisfaction of their subordinates.  Elana is a practiced management professional with over ten years of work experience in the automotive industry. Elana has extensive experience in training and development and has written several employee training manuals.  She is a member of several philanthropic and academic organizations including Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. and Sigma Beta Delta and has won several awards for her tireless service in the community.  Elana joined the Liautaud Institute in 2014 as a part of the Process Designed Training program.  She states, “As a moderator I am committed to fostering an environment of safety while increasing long-term value for all participants.”
