Joseph has a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from the Chicago School of Psychology and a master’s degree in public policy from Northwestern University. Joseph currently is a senior researcher and oversees doctoral studies for the Institute. He is also a certified PDT moderator for corporate participants. Joseph has done extensive research on organizational alignment, change management and organizational behavior in the public sector. Joseph is committed to engaging participants and cultivating them into self perpetuating leaders in their own right.
